VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a VIP Membership with J.E.M Signature Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

Billing & Payments

Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method on file. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Monthly Service Usage

Each membership includes one (1) interior detail per month based on your selected plan. Services must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over to future months.

Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are subject to availability. Members receive priority scheduling but are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Membership pricing applies to standard vehicle conditions. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, or biohazards may require additional charges or upgraded services, which will be discussed prior to service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month’s service.

Membership Changes & Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing period.

Birthday Detail Promotion

Members are eligible for one (1) complimentary detail during their birthday month. This offer is valid only during the active membership period and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Service Area

Services are available within designated service areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of standard coverage zones.

Right to Refuse Service

J.E.M Signature Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or inappropriate customer behavior.
